Dr Easter was God sent to me and my family. He guided and supported us during our most difficult time of my mother's battle with Dementia. He navigated us through the difficult medical system and always provided truthful advice with care. I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional that is also a great human being.

When I became a caregiver for my dad, who was diagnosed with Dementia/Alzheimer's, I reached out to Dr. Bashir Easter, and he was so helpful.  He walked me through the steps of applying for Medicaid; he provided me with a contact at  Respite Care of WI where I was able to receive caregiver grants; he guided me through the process of getting my dad tested so that I could get a definitive diagnosis.  I am so pleased with his guidance and sincere concern for our aging adults.  I have learned so much since I started on this caregiver journey.  We have a long way to go with getting a cure for Alzheimer's, but I feel that Dr. Easter is leading the way in getting us closer to some answers that will make a difference in how we treat this disease.

Without question, I would recommend Dr. Bashir Easter to any family in need of support while caring for an aging loved one. I greatly appreciate Dr. Easter for the guidance he provided to my family during challenging times. My mom was diagnosed with Dementia in 2016. She initially had some memory and sensory issues but nothing that was of any major concern at the time. In Spring of 2021 she had returned home to Wisconsin and started to have some issues with getting lost in a neighborhood she had lived in for more than 25 years.

Dr. Easter has been there every step of the way, from advocating on our behalf with doctors and other care providers, owners of assisted living facilities, and even helping us manage difficult family discussions. Dr. Bashir shared stories as to what he and his family has gone through and continue to go through in dealing with the care of his mother. He makes his clients feel as though they are not alone in this journey, and he can really empathize with what families experience, while also helping to navigate a very difficult health system that has not historically provided the best support for those of color. I am forever grateful for Dr. Easter’s kindness, care, professionalism, and knowledge, it has made all the difference for my mother and my family.
